The repair policy extensively covers only those products that are not under warranty. If you have any problem with a product that is still under warranty, please refer to the warranty section here(href warranty page).
Repairs due to normal wear and tear or accidents will be done at a reasonable charge. You will have to first send an email with pictures so that we can determine if the bag can be repaired or not. If it can be repaired, you can send the product to us for a proper inspection to get a quote for the repair. The shipment costs have to borne by you. We suggest you use insured shipping when you are sending your product to us for repair. Rynox Gears or its partners will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the items during the transit.
If the charges are acceptable to you, we will then proceed with the repair and will try to get the bag back to you as soon as possible. The whole process typically takes about 15 days, but could be longer during peak season.
